Returns & Refunds

Because every RacingFresh product is custom made just for you, we keep our policy simple and fair.

Custom Orders

All items are made-to-order based on your specific vehicle and design.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please email hello@racingfresh.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll review and send a replacement at no cost.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly.

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order
  • After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or stolen packages: Once marked delivered, orders are the responsibility of the customer
  • Incorrect address: Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced

If your order is significantly delayed (14+ days beyond the expected delivery window), please reach out and we’ll help resolve it.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your order never arrives, or
  • There is a verified issue that cannot be resolved with a replacement
