Processing Time

All orders are custom made-to-order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for us to design, print, and prepare your order.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

United States

  • Single Air Freshener: $3.95 shipping
    Delivered in 5–10 business days (USPS First Class)
  • 2+ Air Fresheners: Free upgrade to faster shipping
    Delivered in 5–7 business days (USPS Ground Advantage)

Canada

  • Flat rate: $9.95

International

  • Flat rate: $15.95

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Note: Single air freshener orders may have limited tracking updates.

Delays

If your order is delayed more than 14 days past the expected delivery window, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Important Information

  • Custom Orders: Every item is made just for you, so orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins
  • Shipping Address: Please double-check your address — we are not responsible for incorrect entries
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked delivered, packages are the customer’s responsibility
  • Split Shipments: Orders ship together
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees
